About Abilities United
Discover what makes Abilities United special. Learn about our commitment to providing inclusive sports and fitness activities in Aberdeen, empowering individuals of all abilities to achieve their full potential.

What Makes Us Different?
Abilities United stands out by offering unique programmes tailored to the needs of our community. We run enhanced girls' football sessions for ages 11-13 and 14-16, combining football skills with fitness and strength conditioning, creating opportunities for club progression. Additionally, we provide daytime activities for people with disabilities, addressing a significant gap in Aberdeen's service offerings. Our care home and inclusive school visits ensure that tailored fitness activities are accessible to those who cannot reach our venues.
