Our planned programmes

Our sessions are designed to be safe, supportive and fully inclusive. We want to empower people to realise their full potential and to ensure that anyone, no matter what ability, can participate and feel included in their community.

 Skills focused training sessions

Our skill-focused sessions are designed to help girls aged 11-16 enjoy the game. Each session focuses on developing technical skills, improving tactical understanding and building confidence on the pitch. Anyone no matter their ability is welcome to come along to our sessions.

Ages 11-13:  Fridays 6-7pm (St Margarets Playing Fields)

Ages 14-16:  Mondays 6-7pm (St Margarets Playing Fields)

These sessions provide a fun, challenging and supportive environment where every player can enhance their abilities and enjoy the game they love.

Strengthening & Conditioning sessions

Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed to help girls aged 11-16 build fitness, power and resilience. Each session focuses on improving core strength, agility, speed, endurance and overall performance. Through targeted exercises and fun age-appropriate drills, participants will enhance their physical abilities, reduce the risk of injury and feel their best, move well and develop a positive relationship with physical activity.

Ages 11-13: Tuesdays 6-7pm (Tillydrone Community Centre)

Ages 14-16: Wednesdays 7.15 - 8.15pm (Tillydrone Community Centre)

These sessions provide a supportive and motivating environment where girls can grow stronger, fitter and more confident every week.

Accessible disability session for adults 16+

Our sessions are designed to provide adults with disabilities a fun, inclusive and supportive environment to stay active, try new activities and build confidence. Held twice a week, each session offers tailored activities to meet the individual needs and abilities of participants, ensuring everyone can enjoy being active at their own pace.

When:

Mondays 1-3pm (Inchgarth Community Centre)

Fridays 1-3pm (Tillydrone Community Centre)

Whether it's improving fitness, learning new skills or simply enjoying time with others, our sessions create a welcoming space where everyone can take part, have fun and feel empowered.

Outreach sessions

We bring fun, engaging and inclusive sport & movement activities directly to care homes and inclusive schools. Our outreach sessions are tailored to meet the needs of participants, ensuring everyone can take part, stay active and enjoy themselves. These sessions encourage movement, social interaction and confidence building in a friendly and supportive environment.
